BELOW ARE A SELECTION OF DEEDS AND INDENTURES FEATURING PROPERTIES THROUGHOUT BRECONSHIRE AND A FEW FROM FURTHER AFIELD.

We have photographic copies of these deeds and are happy to share them with anyone interested in them.

The originals were lent to us for copying and we have done a brief description of each deed below.

The deeds have been for sale at The Keeper’s Pocket, The Pavement, Hay on Wye. They may still be for sale.

1853 Premises in Ship Street, Brecon (have document) 

11 May 1853. Between 1. Penry Williams of Penpont, Breconshire esq. 2. Joseph Powell of Ship Street, Brecon, brazier.
