Prices

Adults – £10.00
Children under 16 - free (must be accompanied by an adult)

Group Discounts

We offer group discounts for parties of 10 people +.
10-15 people - £80
15-20 people - £100.
Thereafter we charge just £5 /head for adults, this reflects the fact that we need to provide more than one guide for groups over 20 people.
Our prices are set to cover our costs and any profits made are put back into the organisation to ensure future sustainability.

Group Size

Maximum group size is 20 for all walks listed above. If your party is larger we can provide a second guide and split the group in two.
Minimum group size is ideally 4, but we will do all we can to accommodate people and can offer a 60 minute town tour for 2 people in most instances.

Start Times

Please note: we aim to leave promptly at the given start time. We suggest you aim to arrive a few minutes early to ensure tours can leave on time.

Practicalities

All the Hay Tours walks are designed to be strolls around the streets of Hay and immediate environs. These are not hikes, so are suitable to all ages and fitness levels. However, some walks do follow short footpaths, which may be muddy and may be too bumpy for pushchairs.

Children welcome if accompanied by an adult. Dogs welcome too, if kept on a lead.

The tours will go ahead in poor weather, unless conditions are exceptionally adverse.

Tour guides reserve the right to turn away late comers or those without an advance booking.
